FFL Transfer Policy

We require contact before we receive a firearm. If we receive no contact within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the firearm we assume the purchaser has no interest in the firearm and we retain the right to sell the firearm. If contact is made before the firearm is received, but then no contact is made or attempt is made to pick up the firearm within 90 (ninety) days, we assume the original purchaser has no interest in the firearm and we retain the right to sell the firearm.

At GFG Tactical, we strongly support your right to privacy. We do not keep any credit/debit card information or personal information on file.

CONSIGNMENT

GFG Tactical offers a consignment option to all of our customers. If you would like to consign a firearm through GFG, a consignment contract will need to be filled out prior to transfer of the firearm. If purchasing a consigned item through GFG, the buyer agrees that all sales are final. The buyer is responsible for proper inspection of the consigned item before purchase. No returns or refunds shall be issued once sale is finalized.


Billing Details

 

Once an item is purchased, the buyer must provide shipping information or come to the store to pick up the item(s) purchased. All items, such as firearms, which require an FLL must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer and cannot be shipped to a residential address. If you have any questions regarding an item and if it requires an FFL, please call us and we will be happy to provide you with that information.
